SODA develops and operates “SNKRDUNK,” one of the largest fashion collectible marketplaces in Japan with over 6 million monthly users. Their mission is to create the next marketplace that excites the world.
Currently, SNKRDUNK's gross merchandise value (GMV) per year is in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
In order to create the next marketplace that the world will be excited about, SODA is developing BtoC services (primary distribution), brick and mortar stores, and overseas expansion based on their domestic CtoC (secondary distribution) services.
To realize this mission, SODA established a strategic partnership with Korean company KREAM in October 2023. In addition, SODA plans to aim for a swing-by IPO within a few years.
