The exact number of days depends on when you join the company, but the maximum is 12 PTO days your first year.

TenTen is a remote-first company and allows full remote work for engineering members. Outside of engineering, it may depend on the position however.
TenTen plans to continue this full remote policy even once COVID-19 is no longer a factor.
TenTen's typical work hours are from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, with a 1-hour lunch break for a total of 8 hours.
