At amptalk, we employ a compound strategy to deliver multiple products aimed at optimizing sales enablement. As the VP of Product Management, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for one of these core product lines. Leading a team of dedicated
product managers, you'll ensure that our product roadmaps align with amptalk's goals while meeting the evolving needs of our customers. Your role will be to deliver high-quality products, across our portfolio, with agility and efficiency, driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge in the SaaS landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Domain Knowledge
Domain experience or knowledge in the sales area. If lacking, fluency in Japanese is required for effective domain understanding.

Strategic Leadership and Product Vision
Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, using market insights and customer needs to enhance the product's competitive positioning.
Own and drive the product vision, aligning it with critical business metrics and company growth initiatives.

Execution and Product Lifecycle Management
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, guiding a high-performing team to deliver timely, impactful product releases.
Ensure product launches are strategically aligned with go-to-market objectives and continuously evaluate product performance post-launch.

Champion innovative features and incorporate cutting-edge technologies to maintain market differentiation.
Drive the development of new features and products that address customer pain points and deepen engagement with our platform.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to translate complex market requirements into executable strategies.
Act as a bridge across departments, ensuring transparency, alignment, and cohesion within the organization.

Establish processes to capture user feedback, analyze customer data, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
Promote customer-focused product enhancements to achieve high satisfaction and maximize retention rates.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of success in delivering scalable SaaS solutions and driving product transformations.
- Strong capability to synthesize market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in building and scaling high-performing product teams.
Preferred Experiences
- Sales Product Development Strength: Strong background in product development within the sales domain.
- Proficiency in Japanese

Linking with all communication tools such as IP phones and video conferencing systems, amptalk analysis automatically transcribes, summarizes, and analyzes business negotiations and calls and automatically outputs the results to Salesforce / HubSpot / Slack / Microsoft Teams chat. This automated and visualized online negotiation process is available for both online and offline business meetings.
amptalk assist - A tool for business meeting record support
The beta version of "amptalk assist," which enables data entry and retrieval in Salesforce through Microsoft Teams chat, has been released. The patented technology enables users to easily input and search Salesforce information as if they were speaking in natural language, even while on the move. While it is said that about 80% of companies only introduce DX systems without putting the systems to use, amptalk aims to promote the accumulation and utilization of sales data and realize sales enablement and sales DX promotion.
