We're a growing company with new employees every month and we're looking for someone who can support our operations in a hospitable and friendly manner!

- Initial setup of PC, network and audio equipment
- Support desk duties (PC trouble-shooting) *including other domestic locations
- Purchasing and management of IT assets
- Operation, maintenance and monitoring of business systems
- Preparation of documents such as IT support, approval requests and manual creation
- Support for use of equipment during company meetings (domestic and international locations)
- A wide range of responsibilities.


Hiring Information
Compensation Annual:3.5 million to 5.0 million
※It will be paid in 1/12 installments. For full-time employees, housing allowance of 50,000/month is included.
Minimum Requirements You have help desk experience (we are looking for people who can work immediately).
Preferred requirements - You have help desk experience in a company of several hundred people
- You have no resistance to using translation to make purchases on English sites and communicate with our Seoul office in Korean.
- The current members of the team also use translation to communicate with each other, so you are welcome to do so as long as there is no resistance.
- Who loves computers and wants to use their knowledge to help someone else

想定給与 ・想定年俸:350万~500万 
※1/12を分割してお支払いします。
※みなし残業45時間分込み
※正社員の場合、住宅手当5万/月込み。
必須スキル・経験 ・ヘルプデスク業務経験をお持ちの方(即戦力となって頂ける方を求めています)
歓迎スキル・経験 ・数百人規模の会社でのヘルプデスクご経験
・翻訳を使用しながら英語サイトでの購入や、韓国語で弊社ソウル拠点とのやりとりに抵抗が無い方。
※現メンバーも翻訳を使用しながらやりとりを行っておりますので、「抵抗が無い」レベルで構いません。
・PCが好きでその知識を誰かの役に立てたい方

Cocone was founded in 2008 with a focus on Smartphone app development and educational services. Nowadays they focus mostly on building “avatar” mobile apps. Their most popular app (“Pokecoro”) has over 16 million downloads. In fact they just celebrated the 9-year anniversary of the app’s release.

With their mobile apps, Cocone wants to create a fun digital environment where people can interact and share experiences. They hope their apps will help their users have fun and feel even more fulfilled with their lives.

Cocone is hiring more members to work on building their in-house products, doing everything from ideation to design to engineering. They hope to further increase the speed of development and handle everything from ideation to design to marketing the products.

Cocone's policies during COVID-19 are as follows:

  • Cocone’s revenue has continued to grow despite COVID-19. In fact they’re working on several new projects at the moment, so they plan to continue to actively hire engineers and other positions. They’ve also introduced the ability to work remotely during COVID-19, allowing 8 remote days per month (at the time of writing).
