We are looking forward to further evolving these services and developing new features. We are looking for a developer who can be entrusted with the development of microservices.

Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver high-quality frontend components and backend services
Participate in and contribute to the planning processes to design products that fit within business and technical constraints
Respond quickly and independently to the rapidly changing needs of users
Develop and optimize both backend and frontend service and infrastructure

Requirements

Experience in mid- to large-scale service development and operations including infrastructure (more than three years)
Whole system architecture design (more than 3 years)
Development and operation experience in a cloud or virtual environment
Experience developing systems using server side languages (C++, PHP, Ruby, Java, Python, Go, etc.) (more than 5 years)
Experience in design and operation of database infrastructure (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) (more than 3 years)
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency of JavaScript / TypeScript, CSS, or HTML and experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, etc) is a plus
Able to use Japanese or English at a fluent or native level

Full-time

Probationary period: First 3 months after joining the company. (During this period your contract conditions will be the same as that of a permanent employee.)

Work Hours and Work Place

Scheduled working hours:9 AM – 6 PM (Core time:10 AM - 2 PM)
Hybrid work style of coming to the office and working remotely. Many of us come to the office about half a day a week. You can come to the office at your free time, avoiding crowded train times.
There are also people who live in remote areas outside the Tokyo suburbs, and they basically work remotely. They come to the office about once a month on business trips.
We have no plans to go back to office commuting altogether. We will continue to do hybrid work, mainly remote work.

Two days off per week (as well as national holidays, New Year's break, etc.)

Salary

12 months salary and bonuses paid in summer and winter.

They’re building several in-house products such as Colorkrew Biz, which is a business concierge service that solves administrative issues using QR and authentication technologies, and Goalous, a social network for companies that focus on managing company goals like OKRs.

They also do consulting work across a wide variety of areas such as cloud integration, marketing and promotion, payments, server architecture and more. Colorkrew’s development team is made up of talented people from many different countries, and they maintain a vibrant, international environment. Remote Work
Colorkrew implements day a mixture of remote and in-office work, with most members coming to the office 2 days per week.

In general, Colorkrew is very flexible about remote work, allowing anyone to work remotely.
