Business Analyst - AdSIST

We focus on helping merchants increase sales through website design, creative personalization, and marketing strategies.
We are currently seeking a Business analyst for our automated marketing tool ”AdSIST”.

Understand the entire product of AdSIST, an automated marketing tool developed by our company, It is a position to make AdSIST leap into the world by playing a role of a go between for the AdSIST sales / customer success team which is the contact point with users and the development team.

【What will you do・・】 　

・Understanding AdSIST product objectives and goals 　

・Understanding the release content and schedule

■■ User communication（Specification analysis / requirement definition）■■■ 　

Communicate with your sales and customer success team and work with them to develop solutions. 　

【What will you do・・】 　

・Conducting interviews with the AdSIST sales / customer success team on new features for AdSIST 　

・Analyzing the gap between current issues and what AdSIST should be 　

・Based on the opinions of the development team, scrutinize the feasible requirements, document and diagram, and create design documents. 　

・Share the progress of development and issues raised by the development team, and improve the business flow as necessary.

■■ Development communication ■■■ 　

Since the development team has many foreign members, understand Japanese expressions, Japanese culture and business customs and support the team.

【What will you do・・】 　

・English communication (meeting participation) 　

・Create specifications and requirements definition documents in English 　

・Feedback and report writing in English 　

・Support AdSIST Dev members to communicate with members outside the team, including the sales and customer success team

■■ Required Skills ■■■ 

- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Consultant/ Systems Analyst 

- Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation of process flows, business process, analysis and consulting - Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science or similar OR Degree in Business / IT 

- Strong sense of product ownership and responsibility 

- Excellent oral and written communication skills -

  English: Business Level (Japanese: Fluent)

 - Experience in WEB advertising operation 

 - Experience with major e-commerce sites (Shopify, MakeShop, BASE, ColorMe, etc)
