About the Datachain initiative

Datachain announced a project to build a global payment solutions infrastructure on 5 September 2024!
Since its inception in 2018, Datachain has been continuing R&D on technology and business opportunities with the aim of creating a ‘De-Facto infrastructure’ as a Global x Deep Tech company from Japan.

We aim to become a Decacorn (a start-up with an enterprise value of more than USD 10 billion), and we are often told that we need to win in Global x Deep Tech to realize this goal.

As a major first step, the announced project will start, but we have a limited amount of time to get off to a flying start with a big advantage in this area, where the world's top companies will be our competitors. 

As the first penguin, we are currently rapidly expanding our recruitment in order to create a ‘De-Facto infrastructure’ as a Global x Deep Tech company from Japan.

Why Datachain can achieve this

• We will develop an international remittance infrastructure using stable coins in collaboration with a communication network for financial transactions linking more than 11,000 institutions in more than 200 countries and regions worldwide, which are also used by major Japanese banks for overseas remittances.
• In June 2023, Japan will be the first developed country to enact legislation on blockchain stablecoins, so that Japan leads the world in this area.

The technology Datachain has been researching and developing - blockchain-to-blockchain transmission technology - is leading the world.

Attractiveness of the position

In order to promote new major projects, it is necessary to consider the development of new blockchains and further development of technologies that connect blockchains and blockchains, and it is necessary to develop core technologies that will serve as the basis for further business development.

We will conduct our own research based on research themes to solve issues required by the business, and implement the research based on English papers and other sources.
This is an interesting opportunity to create technologies that have never existed before.

Requirements

• Experience in development that requires basic implementation skills (any of the following)
  • Experience developing libraries, frameworks, and middleware
  • Experience in developing products that are published externally, such as peer-reviewed papers and OSS
  • Experience in development with high technical difficulty such as high load (social games, ad-tech), reliability (data infrastructure, FinTech), and distributed (Blockchain, IoT)
• Experience with implementation based on English literature in systems engineering.
• Basic knowledge of algorithms, data structures, networks, security, design patterns, etc.
• Interest in the technologies that make up the blockchain

Preferred Experiences

• Experience in blockchain or blockchain-related implementations
• Advanced knowledge of distributed systems
• Advanced knowledge of security and cryptography
• Advanced knowledge of concurrent/asynchronous programming
• Good communication skills in English

We are looking for

• Someone is able to define and implement the implementation of programs that will be used in the medium to long term, such as OSS.
• Someone is able to understand and implement low-level system processing such as networking, security, data structure, calculation cost, etc.
• Experience as a contributor to OSS and have a strong interest in high level technology.
