Web Developer

Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and interests, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Design, development, and operation of mobile and web applications
Backend design and implementation
System and service development utilizing generative AI (RAG, etc.)
Requirements gathering and technical proposals with clients (based on preference)
UX improvement and UI design support in collaboration with designers
Technology selection, design policy formulation, and architecture design
Mentoring and technical support for team members
Scrum-based team development and continuous product improvement
Design/code reviews, knowledge sharing, and development process improvement
Future involvement in in-house product planning and development is also possible
