About Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Web UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs that effectively communicate our brand identity and business goals. As a Senior Web UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing exceptional user interfaces for websites and web applications, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other designers to conceptualize and create visually appealing, user-centered web designs.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistent and cohesive design across all projects.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform and refine design decisions.
Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications and to address any design-related issues.
Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow and develop their skills.

Application Requirements

Must have

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web design.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional web design projects and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
Experience with software engineering is a big plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web design and user experience.

Generally we are able to move pretty fast from the time someone applies and we send an offer, so it’s up to the candidate’s schedule.
