Duties

- Confirm customer requirements, design proposals, and estimates
- Oversee project planning, requirements definition, design, testing, and delivery to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans with dependencies, including milestones, tasks, and detailed schedules
- Manage project progress and lead resolution of issues as they arise
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Manage the project budget and ensure resources are allocated appropriately
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members
- Identify project risks and implement risk management practices

Qualification

◆Requirement

- Customer negotiation skills in Japanese
- Conversational English (for internal communication)

*Experience in one of the following areas
- Web services project management experience (3+ years)
- IT consulting PM experience (3+ years)

◆Nice to have

- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience leading large-scale projects
- Web services development and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using project management tools and software
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
