Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our team. You will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying AI agents that leverage cutting-edge AI techniques to streamline corporate business processes, with a strong focus on the legal domain. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in AI and software engineering to solve complex, real-world challenges in a high-impact setting.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement robust AI agents.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing SaaS platforms and legal workflow systems.
• Evaluate third-party models, frameworks, and services to determine their suitability and integration potential.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and deliver high-impact agent solutions.
• Build tools and infrastructure to monitor, test, and evaluate AI agent performance.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices in documentation and version control.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in AI systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

Submission of an English résumé is required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in developing agent products or similar AI applications.
• Strong proficiency in one programming language (e.g., Python).
• Strong understanding of reinforcement learning and modern AI methodologies.
• Experience with AI frameworks and agent development tools (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP).
• Solid problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
• Japanese is not a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques, RAG systems, and prompt engineering.
• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI research.
• Experience deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments.
• Strong communicate skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures in both English and Japanese.
