求人概要: ■業務内容
サーバーサイドエンジニアとして、LINE GAME プラットフォームの開発/運用に携わっていただきます。LINE GAME プラットフォームは「LINE：ディズニーツムツム（https://www.disney.co.jp/games/dtt.html）」など LINE GAME で提供しているゲームに組み込まれているゲーム開発者向けのプラットフォームです。

<具体的な業務内容>
・LINE GAMEプラットフォーム開発及び運用　
　- 認証、課金等の基盤サービス　
　- チャット、掲示板、ゲームコンテンツへのユーザレビュー、ランキング等のソーシャル機能

・Near Real-timeログ分析基盤開発及び運用　
　- Hadoopを用いたログの収集/分析　
　- 大容量分散Storage system、Framework
　- その他、LINE GAMEプラットフォームの競争力、商品性を高めるための新規プロジェクト開発

・言語：Java, Kotlin
・フレームワーク：Spring Framework, Spring Boot
・OS：CentOS
・DB・データ：Redis Cluster, HBase + Hadoop ecosystem, Kafka, MongoDB, MySQL, Cassandra, CentralDogma, ZooKeeper, Elastic Stack, Spark
・コンテナ管理：Docker, Kubernetes
・運用管理・インフラ：Jenkins

応募資格: ■必須の経験・スキル
・Java/Kotlinの言語を用いた開発経験（5年以上）
・アルゴリズム、データ構造の複雑度分析及びソフトウェア設計経験
・Redis、Kafka、ElasticSearch、HBase などの大容量Storage使用経験

■歓迎する経験・スキル
・ネットワークに対する深い理解とモバイル環境に適合したClient-Server ProtocolやAPI(REST/RPC)の設計および開発経験
・大規模システムあるいは分散システムに設計、分析、問題解決に対する専門性
・オープンソース技術を用いた大容量サービスのサーバー設計及び開発経験
・Javascript Framework基盤開発経験
・Jenkins などの CI/CD、ビルド環境システムやツールの運用経験
・海外開発拠点のエンジニアとの協業経験（英語によるコミュニケーション）

雇用形態: 正社員

勤務時間: 専門業務型裁量労働制(1日の労働時間に関わらず1日9.5時間労働したものとみなします。)、フレックスタイム制(コアタイム 11:00〜16:00)、10:00～18:30（実働7時間30分）のいずれか適用　※面接後に決定

待遇 / 福利厚生: ■休日/休暇

・完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年次有給休暇、年末年始休暇、慶弔休暇、リフレッシュ休暇制度（勤続5年で10日間）

■給与

・年俸制（保有されるスキル・経験・能力により優遇、相談の上で決定）
　・年俸の12分の1を毎月支給。
　・別途、インセンティブプラン有(※1)
・給与改定：年2回
・諸手当：交通費全額支給、LINE Pay Card Benefit Plan(※2)

(※1)年俸額の他に、会社・本人の業績、評価に応じ、年2回インセンティブを支給することがあります。
