Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting sales activities aimed at achieving business growth, particularly in assisting large enterprise companies. In this position, you will provide technical support, design solutions, and manage projects in the pre-contract phase of our services.
You will work in collaboration with consulting sales to comprehensively understand the client's issues, including their current system environment, and propose optimal technical solutions using our product, "Mico Engage AI".
Responsibilities
- Understand and align with the client’s system environment
- Design measures to address marketing challenges and promote business digital transformation
- Gain in-depth understanding of "Mico Engage AI" and propose solutions based on it
- Create technical documents such as proposals and requirement definitions
- Design ER diagrams and data structures, and consider basic system structures
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and project teams upon receiving new projects
- Manage project progress and provide technical direction
Required Experience
- 3+ years in corporate sales, pre-sales, or solution architecture
- Experience in proposing SaaS or IT solutions (CRM, MA, CDP, etc.)
- Experience proposing to enterprise clients (especially IT/Marketing departments)
- Experience in solution design in collaboration with engineers and project managers
- Experience leading E2E projects through proposal, requirement definition, design, and cut-over to implementation
Required Skills
- Basic IT solution knowledge (API, cloud, databases, certifications, etc.)
- Ability to analyze issues and create proposals
- ER diagram and data structure design skills (UML, ERD tools, etc.)
- Project management skills (schedule, stakeholder, and risk management)
- Excellent external communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Product knowledge in CRM/MA/CDP (e.g., Salesforce, KARTE, LINE API)
- Engineering experience (e.g., basic programming/debugging, infrastructure)
- Product planning skills (roadmap creation, user story design)
- Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP)
- Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PSPO, etc.)
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP certifications
- Experience in customer success onboarding
- Experience designing and running marketing automation via LINE, email, SNS
- AI/voice tech knowledge
- Ability to read English documents and communicate in English

Work system
Work Hours
- Standard Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes a 1-hour break; overtime applicable).
Flexible Time: Core hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. - Certain grades may fall under a discretionary labor system, per company regulations.
Probationary Period
- Generally 3 months (no changes in compensation or benefits during this period).
