As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our Frontend development. Our current tech stack for frontend development are Vue.js/Nuxt.js(TypeScript).

We are developing new SaaS Management Platform. β version was launched in Aug 2021. With this product, we are targeting not only domestic market but also global market.

Lead Frontend Engineerとして、Vue.js/Nuxt.js(TypeScript)を用いたフロントエンド開発の技術的牽引をお任せいたします。

本チームは新規事業/プロダクトであるSaaSマネジメントプラットフォームである「IT管理クラウド」を開発しており、2021年にβ版を発表いたしました。このプロダクトをもって、国内のみならず海外マーケットにも展開をしていく予定です。

Responsibility / 業務内容

• Establish and lead frontend engineer team

• Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to create an innovative UI/UX

• Translate technical requirements into code

• Test and update the application so it can be used on all (major) web browsers

• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

• Create reusable, effective, and scalable TypeScript code

• Implement front-end components with Vue.js/Nuxt.js

• Staying up-to-date with all recent developments in the JavaScript/TypeScript and Vue.js space and ensure the team always use best practices.

Requirement / 応募要件

• Degree in computer science or related field

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development

• Professional experience in Vue.js/Nuxt.js is a plus

• Highly proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript HTML, CSS

• Experience with implementing server-side rendering application

• Experience building user interfaces from the ground up using tools such as Sass, Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• コンピューターサイエンス(情報工学/計算機科学)もしくはそれに類する学位

• 5年以上のフロントエンド開発経験

• Vue.js/Nuxt.jsを用いた開発経験 (歓迎要件)

• JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSSに精通していること

• サーバーサイドレンダリングを用いたアプリケーションにおけるフロントエンド開発の経験

• Sass, Bootstrap, Tailwindなどのツールを用いた、UIのスクラッチ開発の経験

• 優れた課題解決能力

• 優れた口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル

• 優れた対人コミュニケーションスキル

Language / 言語要件

• We use both English and Japanese at work.

• The following advanced level in both Japanese and English is required.

  • Japanese: JLPT N2 or equivalent

  • English: CEFR B2 or equivalent

    (ref. about CEFR)

Salary Range / 給与レンジ

• Min 6,300,000 - Max 11,000,000 Japanese yen / year (Gross)

Location, Remote Work

• Location: Tokyo or Kyoto, Japan

• Remote work is available four days per week.
