Responsibilities
- Architect and develop cutting-edge, customer-facing, frontend applications that connect to all deployed Mujin Controllers globally or simulate virtual instances, empowering users to complete tasks within a simulation environment.
- Take a lead role in designing frontend system architecture and ensuring a seamless integration with backend systems.
- Lead the development of frontend systems and establish a robust QA framework for them.
- Ensure the provision of highly reliable and user-friendly frontend services with built-in redundancy.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience specializing in frontend development, building, deploying, and operating complex system software.
- Proven expertise in making critical technical decisions as a Technology Lead in the realm of frontend development.
- Extensive experience in architecting the frontend design of entire systems.
- Leadership experience in guiding software engineering teams in the development of SaaS-type frontend applications.
- Practical knowledge of industry-standard cloud tools and technology stacks, with a strong emphasis on frontend integration.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferable Requirements
- In-depth full-stack development skills and extensive experience with frontend languages such as React and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with backend technologies like C++, Golang, and Python to facilitate effective collaboration with backend developers.
- Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, GraphQL, or similar ones to enhance frontend data interactions.
- Experience in building frontend applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms.

About Mujin
Mujin develops and sells "intelligent robot controllers" with the goal of building a common platform for industrial robots. Conventional robots are suitable for automating repetitive work, but traditionally they've been hard to install in environments where products and surroundings change. Most robots have complex settings that are hard to change for each use case. Mujin's tech solves this problem using technology called motion planning. It allows them to provide solutions that replace heavy but simple work done by humans with automation by robots. The technology is used primarily for logistics and manufacturing applications.
