Front-end Engineer / フロントエンドエンジニア

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the front end of medimo.

At first, you will get used to adding and modifying small functions, and then you will be involved in the development of new functions.

This is the perfect environment for those who want to develop their own services with a sense of speed and discretion. 

Multi-stack engineers with backend, infrastructure and ML areas are also welcome.

Qualifications (Required)

• Experience in development using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Development experience using Nextjs (App router)
• Knowledge of state management and cache
• Knowledge of UI frameworks (Tailwind, etc.)

Non Non-technical skills

• Experience in writing technical documents
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks autonomously
• Experience working in an agile environment

Qualifications (Welcome)

• At least 1-2 year of experience in business development in a team
• Those who have experience involved in the formulation of product specifications, such as hearing and consensus building of specifications.
• Experience in development and operation of systems that handle generative AI
• Experience in obtaining metrics using monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Experience in cloud development (AWS)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD workflow and its configuration (GitHub Actions, etc.)

職務内容

medimoのフロントの実装を担当していただきます。

初めは小規模な機能追加や改修で慣れていただき、新機能開発にも携わっていただく予定です。

裁量を持ってスピード感のある自社サービス開発をしたい方にピッタリな環境です。

バックエンド、インフラやML領域とのマルチスタックエンジニアも大歓迎です。

応募資格（必須）

• JavaScript/TypeScriptを用いた開発実務経験
• Nextjs（App router）を使った開発経験
• 状態管理およびキャッシュに関する知識
• UIフレームワーク（Tailwindなど）に関する知識

ノンテクニカルスキル 

• 技術文書の作成経験
• 自律的にタスクを整理し、優先順位をつける能力
• アジャイル環境での実務経験

• チームでの業務開発経験が1年以上ある方
• 仕様のヒアリングや合意形成など、プロダクトの仕様策定に関わった経験のある方
• 生成AIを扱うシステムの開発・運用経験のある方
• クラウド開発経験（AWS）
• CI/CDワークフローとその設定に対する基本的な理解（GitHub Actionsなど）
• モニタリングツール(Datadog, CloudWatch等)を用いたメトリクスの取得経験のある方
• バックエンド、インフラそれぞれの役割や繋がりが分かっている方
