Backend Engineer

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to develop and maintain the server-side logic for our innovative AI SaaS product. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and high-performance systems that power next-generation AI tools for medical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy backend services using Python frameworks like Django and FastAPI.
• Manage and optimize databases (Postgres on AWS RDS Aurora).
• Develop serverless functions using AWS Lambda and Node.js.
• Integrate with third-party services, including cloud platforms like AWS and Azure AI services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features.

Required Skills:

• Development experience with Django, FastAPI, AWS RDS Aurora, Postgres, AWS Lambda, Node.js, and SQL.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS and Azure AI services.
• Development experience in frontend and/or infrastructure.
• Experience with other backend framework languages.
