Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on System Integration Engineer to manage the deployment and integration of our systems at partner hospitals. This role requires a strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and the ability to work on-site to connect our solutions with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. You will be a key link between our technology and the clinical environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to hospitals to install, configure, and integrate our systems.
  • Work directly with hospital IT staff to facilitate EHR data integration into our database.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to clinical staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Document integration processes and provide feedback to the development team.

 

Business Travel (【出張あり】):

  • This position involves regular travel to client sites.
  • Frequency: Typically 1-2 trips per month, up to a maximum of 4. Each trip lasts approximately 3-5 days.
  • Details: The specific schedule and frequency of travel will be determined in consultation with you. Initial visits will be to nearby medical institutions, with travel expanding as you become more familiar with the role.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of AWS and general cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience or ability to work on-site at hospitals for system integration tasks.
  • Understanding of database principles and data integration.
  • Understanding of basic system infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Backend, Django, API design, and system infrastructure

  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage travel schedules effectively.
