Job Description

Objectives

Develpment and maintenance for satellite operation system on the ground
Test for for satellite operation system on the ground
Maintenace for for satellite operation system on the ground
Satellite operation support

Minimum qualifications

Experience in programing
Experience in leading the team of more than 5 members
Experience in development including the design, coding, test and maintenace.
Communication skill

Preferred qualifications

Experience in development of satellite monitoring and control system
Experience or knowledge for satellite operation
Conversation level English
Experience in development of public infrastracture system

Compensation & Arrangements:

Employment system: Full-time(Nontenured). All members are contract-based employees. The contract is renewed in every 6 months based on Management by objective to assist individual growth and team growth :https://synspective.com/jp/careers/2021/6-month-sprint/

About Synspective

Synspective Inc., founded in 2018, develops and operates Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites, providing SAR data and analytics solutions.

The company aims to build a constellation of 30 SAR satellites by the late 2020s, enabling the creation of a system capable of observing changes anywhere on Earth.

Paid Leave
Synspective offers 10 days of paid leave that increase annually up to 20 days, in accordance with paid leave according to Japanese law. The company also observes all Japanese national holidays and provides 6 additional days off for the year-end holidays (from December 29th to January 3rd).
