The front-end engineer team is responsible for developing web applications frontend utilizing React and Typescript, analyzing the client's application requirements, designing UI components, and creating frameworks for efficient development with modularization. The Tech Lead will act as a playing manager, leading the team by example while working hands-on.

What you will bring...

5 years+ of experience as a front-end engineer
5 years+ of experience in React, TypeScript, etc.
Experience in standardization and OSS activities
Experience in working as a Tech Lead/ Manager
Working experience as an Individual Contributor
Strong empathy with Tailor's Mission
Japanese written and verbal communication skills (JLPT N2)
Availability to WFH

What makes you stand out

Work experience in backend development using Go and other technologies related to microservices

Salary: Competitive (Revised twice a year, based on performance)
Office: Full Remote
