Job Summary

As a senior software engineer of an international team of highly motivated individuals, you will be working closely with software engineers, QA testers, product managers, and UI/UX designers and play a critical role in designing, developing and scaling our high-performance Fintech applications and infrastructure as well as collaborating with the business teams to grow our Fintech products.

About WealthPark Alternative Investments, Inc.

WealthPark Group provides SaaS-based software that digitizes property management (real estate) for property management companies and property owners in Japan. As of 2024, our platform is used by 160 property management companies and 120,000 property owners, and is used by one in every 10 managed properties and one in every 14 property owners across Japan. We have started our Fintech business in earnest based on this platform. We are currently in the early phase of "Zero to One" and are strengthening our organization to achieve our mission of "bringing investment opportunities in alternative assets to everyone." We also plan to obtain new financial licenses and work with property management companies to build new investment schemes using technology. We are looking for people with the passion and startup spirit to innovate with us as part of the team that will drive this challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and services. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and performant.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Golang. Develop new features and functionalities, and improve existing ones.
Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Proactively identify and address potential problems before they impact users.
Utilize AWS services (EC2, RDS, etc.) to build and manage scalable cloud-based solutions. Optimize cloud resources for cost and performance.
Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes. Ensure smooth deployment and scaling of services.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, SRE and operations to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
