Back-End Engineer (Junior)

What You will do (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide support in the design, testing and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team and assist in product development.
• Participate in code review, documentation and troubleshooting code.
• Maintain and improve system infrastructure.
• Engage and contribute in brainstorming and discussion sessions.

What we look for in you:

• Education: No degree requirement.
• Teamwork: Proven record of success working collaboratively within a team.
• Achievement: Accomplished something on your own.
• Quick to learn: Ability to proactively and autonomously learn across multiple fields.
• Coding experience: Experience in software development using Dart (Flutter), Golang or Java.
• Infrastructure: Experience in software development using cloud infrastructure e.g, AWS, GCP or Azure.

Nice to haves:

• Open Source Contribution: Demonstrated involvement in open-source projects.
• Hackathon Success: Experience in competing and excelling in hackathons or coding competitions.
• Service Development: Successfully developed and launched an independent service.
• App Launch: Launched a mobile application on platforms like the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Entrepreneurial Experience: Background in founding or co-founding a startup.

Salary 

Highly competitive salary (with semi-annual performance bonus)  and employee stock options following Silicon Valley standards e.g, no termination clause.
