Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Guide the technical direction to improve organizational efficiency.
• Communicate complex systems and functionalities with clarity.
• Keep abreast of technological advancements to introduce innovative solutions.
• Create products that engage and inspire our global community of creators and users.

Required Experience:

• Strong foundation in coding principles with a history of tackling intricate problems.
• Experience in mentorship and setting and achieving development milestones.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Skilled in building scalable applications and open to learning new technologies.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PHP and Laravel.
• Knowledge of AWS Media Services, RTMP, and HLS.
• Experience with Vue or React Native.
• Understanding of accessibility standards.
• Conversational ability in Japanese is advantageous.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, permanent position.
• Hours: Flexible (core hours from 11:00 to 16:00).
• Location: Minato-Ku, Tokyo.
