Responsibilities:

Guide the technical direction to improve organizational efficiency.
Communicate complex systems and functionalities with clarity.
Keep abreast of technological advancements to introduce innovative solutions.
Create products that engage and inspire our global community of creators and users.

Required Experience:

Strong foundation in coding principles with a history of tackling intricate problems.
Experience in mentorship and setting and achieving development milestones.
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Skilled in building scalable applications and open to learning new technologies.

Bonus Qualifications:

Proficiency in PHP and Laravel.
Knowledge of AWS Media Services, RTMP, and HLS.
Experience with Vue or React Native.
Understanding of accessibility standards.
Conversational ability in Japanese is advantageous.

Position Details:

Type: Full-time, permanent position.
Hours: Flexible (core hours from 11:00 to 16:00).
Location: Minato-Ku, Tokyo.
