What we're looking for in PM candidates:
-Over 3 years of experience as project manager
-Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between products, engineers, designers, data scientists and sales
-Ability to facilitate information from different stakeholders, calculate impact, and prioritize tasks
-Experience designing and analyzing KPIs
-Experience working in an agile environment with an engineering team to drive the execution of project plans
-Basic knowledge of the Internet related to advertisement distribution (cookies, IDFA.GAID, etc.)
-Agile or waterfall experience
-Ability to accurately grasp and define business requirements with appropriate granularity with each stakeholder, execute as planned, and perform adjustment activities as necessary
Required:
-Japanese ability above business level
-English ability above daily conversation level, or willingness to learn English
-Experience in designing and defining requirements for one or more of the following:

- Management screens for distribution services such as media and advertisements

- Services used by clients such as media and EC

- Services such as DMP and SSP

Desirable:
-Japanese ability above business level
-Experience working overseas or in a multinational team
-Experience of starting a business based on the philosophies of lean startup and MVP
-Over 3 years of experience as project manager

Working conditions
Working days : Mon - Fri
Working hours/place : Flextime (Our business time 10:00am-19:00 JST), Full-remoted
Day-off and holiday : Sat, Sun + Japanese national holiday
Allowance
Annual salary : 5M - 9M JPY(Gross) + another package
