About Aquila Systems
Aquila Systems is on a mission to make life easier for Japan's doctors. By applying AI technology, CEO George Radescu believes they can radically improve processes in the medical field and save medical professionals from stress and burnout.
After George saw the struggles of being a doctor first-hand through his wife (who had to quit due to burnout), he decided to do something about it. He set out to apply his 10+ years of data science experience to helping fix the administrative inefficiencies that plague hospitals in Japan. Their patent pending solution uses AI and machine learning to ease the burden of staff assignment and scheduling resources in acute care hospitals.
Aquila Systems is a young startup founded in 2019, so George is the only full-time employee, but the company has three medical experts working as advisors and a membership to Japan's Health Care Operations Research association. They have a few part-time employees as well.
They also already have paying customers, and just finalized a funding round that will open up ~18 months of runway for the company to grow their business.
This is a great opportunity to use technology to make a real impact on people's lives. Now's the time to get in on the ground floor and contribute to Aquila Systems' growth as one of the first employees!
