Queri has varying Japanese language requirements depending on the position: For Developers, there is no Japanese language requirement, though conversational Japanese skills are considered a bonus. For Product Managers, business-level Japanese proficiency is required, with N1 preferred. As Queri works closely with the entertainment industry, many communications with vendors and agencies are conducted exclusively in Japanese.

Queri offers true startup flexibility with unlimited vacation days. As long as employees and their managers have a mutual understanding, vacation days are not formally counted.
