Our engineering interview process is composed of three phases:

First, you will meet the CEO for a short dialog centered around the company, the role and of course yourself.

Then, we will question for ~2h your knowledge in various topics (maths, distributed computing, C++, etc.), with a live coding part.

Finally, you'll face a behavioral/personality-fit last interview with our Chief of Staff.

We support remote work, so employees are free to work either from home or from the office even after COVID-19 is no longer an issue.

Flex time: (~2h overlap with your team per day, 1 hour lunch break)

We have remote employees from all around the world. Expectations are on monthly working hours but everyone is free to arrange their days as they see fit. Asynchronous communication is favored.
