Our Mission

Our mission is to enable people to spend more time on meaningful interactions. To achieve this, amptalk analysis integrates with various communication tools, including IP phones and video conferencing systems, to automatically transcribe, summarize, and analyze meetings and calls, whether online or offline. It also automates output to Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and Microsoft Teams chats, streamlining the automation and visualization of online business negotiations. With amptalk analysis, companies can drive sales enablement and enhance productivity across their entire sales organization—from inside sales and field sales to customer success.

How We Work

Scrum Development
We embrace Scrum as our framework to foster agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Our Scrum team includes a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ensuring a structured yet adaptable development process.

Domain-Driven Design
We prioritize Event Storming as a core practice to explore and understand complex business domains. By mapping domain events, we gain a shared understanding among engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, allowing us to identify key business processes and constraints early. This event-driven approach helps us design systems that accurately reflect real-world behaviors and evolve alongside our business.

Must to have

5+ years of experience in product development
End-to-end engineering process experience in a single product, from design and ・development to operation and maintenance
Proven full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, database, and cloud
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Passion for continuous reflection and improvement
Experience mentoring junior engineers
More than 1 year of experience using Vue.js.
Web application development experience using Node.js / TypeScript (any framework)
Experience in designing, building, and operating architectures on AWS

Nice to have

Experience with large-scale systems and legacy system rearchitecture
Experience with agile development
Experience with Salesforce
Development experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Knowledge of design principles that enhance software scalability and maintainability, such as SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

Linking with all communication tools such as IP phones and video conferencing systems, amptalk analysis automatically transcribes, summarizes, and analyzes business negotiations and calls and automatically outputs the results to Salesforce / HubSpot / Slack / Microsoft Teams chat. This automated and visualized online negotiation process is available for both online and offline business meetings.

amptalk assist - A tool for business meeting record support
The beta version of "amptalk assist," which enables data entry and retrieval in Salesforce through Microsoft Teams chat, has been released. The patented technology enables users to easily input and search Salesforce information as if they were speaking in natural language, even while on the move. While it is said that about 80% of companies only introduce DX systems without putting the systems to use, amptalk aims to promote the accumulation and utilization of sales data and realize sales enablement and sales DX promotion.
