We have launched “estie Market Research,” our urban data analysis platform, and subsequent products have received positive feedback as well. Yet we are far from where we need to be to realize a future in which Japan’s cities compete globally. We lack the teammates and capabilities required to achieve this vision. At estie, we will continue to introduce new products to "unlock the true value of industries" and are seeking teammates who will help lead the development of products that can improve Japan’s future.

Responsibilities

• Establishing the foundations for test automation and collaborating with product development teams to ensure its broad adoption
• Improving and operating processes to ensure quality, taking into account the unique characteristics of each product
• Sharing knowledge about quality assurance and engaging in activities to enhance quality across multiple teams
• Quantifying and analyzing quality using metrics, and executing improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• Practical experience as a Software Engineer or QA Engineer
• Hands-on experience with agile development processes
• Experience implementing and operating automated tests
• Experience establishing quality assurance processes
• Business-level Japanese communication skills (capable of conducting meetings and interviews in Japanese)

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading improvement activities based on user feedback
• Experience managing or launching a QA team
• Experience analyzing product quality and driving improvements
