Geniee is actively utilizing AI technology in product development, and in its products "GENIEE SFA/CRM" and "GENIEE CHAT", we provide AI-related functions that lead to improved business efficiency and productivity for our customers, such as automatic summarization of meeting minutes and automatic creation of emails using ChatGPT.

Under these circumstances, the Group established a new subsidiary, JAPAN AI Co., Ltd., on April 11, 2023 to further promote implementation consulting, product provision, and R&D related to AI technology.

JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. develops and provides various AI products to improve the productivity of Japan companies and revitalize industries with the purpose of "passing on Japan and leaping the potential of workers with AI". In order to develop advanced products, we are also conducting research in various large language models such as ChatGPT and GenerativeAI.

 

Recruitment Background

Established in April 2023, JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. plans to rapidly expand its business in the future.

As a result, it is necessary to accurately grasp various requests and market needs, how to solve problems using the latest generative AI technology, and to conduct one-stop and speedy research on papers, model construction (structural conversion of existing models), development implementation, and solution provision.

In order to strategically grow and develop the engineering organization from a technical perspective, our mission is to discover management issues using technology and to formulate and implement strategies.

As a VPoE, you will select technologies in consideration of future market changes and competitive advantages, solve various issues in organizational development, and lead business growth.

 

Specific duties

• Technical strategy and roadmap formulation
• Build the foundation and organization of a rapidly expanding team of engineers
• Building an organization where professional engineers want to continue working
• Team building, development, and evaluation of engineering teams
• Identify issues for the team and formulate and implement solutions
• People Management of Engineers (more than 50 people)

Ways of working

• It will be a hybrid work of coming to the office three days a week and working remotely two days a week.

 

Prerequisite

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a technical role
• Experience in managing a team of more than 50 engineers
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in AI and machine learning
• Experience in team building, development, and evaluation
• Advanced communication skills and leadership skills
• Japanese (Fluent), English (Business)

Supplement

• This position will be held at Geniee Co., Ltd. and will be seconded to JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. (The location and work location of both companies are the same.)
