Geniee is actively utilizing AI technology in product development, and in its products "GENIEE SFA/CRM" and "GENIEE CHAT", we provide AI-related functions that lead to improved business efficiency and productivity for our customers, such as automatic summarization of meeting minutes and automatic creation of emails using ChatGPT.

Under these circumstances, the Group established a new subsidiary, JAPAN AI Co., Ltd., on April 11, 2023 to further promote implementation consulting, product provision, and R&D related to AI technology.

JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. develops and provides various AI products to improve the productivity of Japan companies and revitalize industries with the purpose of "passing on Japan and leaping the potential of workers with AI". In order to develop advanced products, we are also conducting research in various large language models such as ChatGPT and GenerativeAI.

 

Recruitment Background

Established in April 2023, JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. plans to rapidly expand its business in the future.

As a result, it is necessary to accurately grasp various requests and market needs, how to solve problems using the latest generative AI technology, and to conduct one-stop and speedy research on papers, model construction (structural conversion of existing models), development implementation, and solution provision.

 

Position Details

You will lead the development of generative AI technology.

In addition to GPT-based prompt engineering, you will be responsible for determining what is possible and impossible for image and speech recognition, and general AI (NN and Classifier), and actually implementing it.

 

Specific duties

• Research papers and open source models to solve customer needs and challenges
• Verification and application to current business issues based on open source models (model reproduction, implementation and construction of operating environment)
• Conversion, implementation, and acceleration of existing model structures
• Validate and improve results in real customer data and real-world environments
• Solution and product implementation of the constructed model
• AI Engineering Team Lead

• Determine the return on investment and feasibility of R&D, and make recommendations and proposals for the business.
• To grasp a wide variety of needs and accurately set the scope of which areas of problems and issues to solve using AI technology.
• Develop solutions using AI technology, establish a scheme for generating business profits, and lead research and development as a source of competitive advantage in the AI business.

Ways of working

• It will be a hybrid work of coming to the office three days a week and working remotely two days a week.

 

Prerequisite

• Those who are majoring in university or graduate school, or who are involved in the field of generative AI in their current work
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning or related field
• Programming skills in Python
• Experience with DL frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, etc.
• Experience in building algorithms for computer vision or natural language processing with reference to papers, etc.
• Experience in team lead or people management

 

Desirable conditions

• Experience in the development and application of image generation models and LLMs
• Experience in submitting and presenting papers in fields such as computer vision and natural language processing
• DL, experience in applying machine learning technology to actual products, knowledge of infrastructure construction and the web, etc.
