求人概要 / Role and Responsibility: ■事業内容
LINE GAMEはグローバル（台湾・タイ・インドネシアなど）でアクティブユーザー3億9000万人を抱える非常に大きなサービスです。
その中でLINE GAME Platformの開発チームでは、ゲームの開発を直接する訳ではなく、グローバルユーザーが利用するLINEのゲームサービスをサポートするための開発者向けのプラットフォームや、それ以外にも様々なWebサービスを開発・運用をしてます。

具体的にはLINEのメッセンジャーの中にゲームポータルがあり、各ゲームをスタートするときにLINEログインの機能やランキングの表示、または決済など、各アプリストアやGoogle Playと連携する機能の開発、運用をしています。
プラットフォームというと見えない部分かもしれませんが、スムーズにLINEプラットフォーム、Google、Appleと連動し、開発会社の人たちが楽に開発できるようにすることがGAME Platformの開発チームの主な取り組みです。

・SDK、認証、Social-graph、Billing、Promotion、Communityといった様々なDeveloper product の開発
・GameYoyaku、GameCategory （LINE内のゲームポータル）等のWeb Service の開発
・LINEのMessenger、LINE Family Serviceとの連動及びサポート
・Data Engineering、Cloud Infrastructure、Global networking、DevOps等といった共用機能の開発

■業務内容
LINE GAME PlatformのSDK Developerとして、LINE GAME全体のサービス成長に関わるクライアントサイドのSDK開発に携わっていただきます。
グローバルで大規模なユーザーがいるため、自身携わった開発のインパクトも大きく、またチーム規模も少数精鋭であるため、大きな裁量を持ちながら開発を進めていただくことが可能です。

<具体的な業務内容>
・クロスプラットフォームに対応した SDK の開発（iOS / Android / Mac（Unity Editor） / Windows（Unity Editor））
・デベロッパー向けの LINE GAME SDK の開発・運用 (C++ / Unity)
・最新デバイス、最新 OS への対応

<開発環境>
・言語：C++, C#, Objective-C, Java
・利用ツール：Jenkins, Swig, CMake, DeployGate
・プロジェクト管理：JIRA
・その他環境：GitHub Enterprise, Confluence, Slack

応募資格 / Qualifications: ■必須の経験・スキル
下記いずれかの経験を持っている方
・Unity（C++ / C#）を用いた開発経験
・Objective-C / Swift を用いた iOS ネイティブアプリケーション開発経験
・Java / Kotlin を用いた Android ネイティブアプリケーション開発経験

■歓迎する経験・スキル
・ライブラリやフレームワークの開発経験(SDK開発経験)
・Unity Native Plugin の開発経験
・JNI を用いた開発経験
・Jenkins などの CI/CD、ビルド環境システムやツールの運用経験
・海外開発拠点のエンジニアとの協業経験（英語によるコミュニケーション）

勤務地 / Location: 〒160-0004 東京都新宿区四谷1-6-1四谷タワー23F

雇用形態 / Employment type: 正社員

勤務時間 / Working hours: 専門業務型裁量労働制(1日の労働時間に関わらず1日9.5時間労働したものとみなします。)、フレックスタイム制(コアタイム 11:00～16:00)、10:00～18:30(実働7時間30分)のいずれか適用　※面接後に決定

■給与
・年俸制(保有されるスキル・経験・能力により優遇、相談の上で決定)
　・年俸の12分の1を毎月支給。

・給与改定：年2回
