We are currently seeking a QA Engineer Manager Candidate who can take ownership of the entire QA process—focusing primarily on manual testing.
This includes test design, execution, and quality improvement.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to help deliver better user experiences and drive product value.
Initially, you will join the QA team and be deeply involved in an agile development team. From the early stages such as planning and requirement definition, you’ll collaborate with the development team to maintain and enhance product quality and solve issues proactively.

- Test execution control, and execution if needed
- Planning and requirements review
- Leading QA projects and promoting test automation
- Analyzing bugs and proposing preventative measures
- Reviewing operational processes and improving team structure and cost efficiency
- Coordinating schedules with other departments
What Makes This Role Attractive
- You'll be involved in multiple products from a quality perspective, becoming a key player in both project execution and product development.
- You’ll experience product growth and evolution firsthand.
- We encourage a proactive QA approach rather than a passive one.
- You'll have autonomy and ownership within the product and QA teams.
Organizational Structure
You will be joining the QA team within the Innovation & Engineering Division.
The team currently consists of 14 members and is primarily responsible for QA across several products, including Mico Engage AI. As our organization is expanding rapidly, there will be many opportunities to grow into a management role.
Career Path Opportunities
You can start from a role as a QA specialist or QA lead responsible for automated testing in a single product area.
Depending on your preference, you will have the option to advance your career either toward becoming a specialist QA engineer or toward a managerial role within the QA team.
With our organization rapidly expanding, there are abundant opportunities available to progress into management positions.
