In just four years since our founding, we've successfully implemented our solutions for a variety of large enterprises, primarily for companies publicly listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.

 

Role & Mission

As a QA Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and stability of our product. As Quollio enters a critical phase of growth, with the engineering team expanding and product development accelerating, maintaining perfect quality and stability standards is paramount. We aim to elevate our startup to the next level and continuously meet the expectations of our users and stakeholders by bringing on board an experienced QA engineer.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Comprehensive design of the testing process from the customer's perspective.
• Quality control of UI/UX related to the Japanese language.
• You will establish test plans and test cases to achieve high quality and improve overall product standards. Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing the entire testing process and defining standards.
• Developing and executing test cases that meet the demands of Japanese customers.
• Contributing to product quality improvement through close communication with senior management and product managers as a member of the development project team.

• Documentation: Notion, Google Workspace

 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience executing QA processes for currently used services.
• 3+ years of experience in overall test design, including defining and executing comprehensive test cases.
• 1+ year of experience conducting QA for Japanese-based services.
• English communication skills (especially in engineering topics).
• Ability to create and execute test cases at a native Japanese level.

 

Preferred Experiences

• Experience designing and executing Smoke Tests, Integration Tests, and End-to-End Tests in addition to functional tests.
• Proven experience and track record in test automation.
• Programming skills (including Shell Scripting) for test efficiency and automation.
• Deep knowledge of data management, data engineering, and data analysis.

• 日本のお客様の要求を満たすテストケースの開発と実行
• 開発プロジェクトチームの一員として上位マネージメントやプロダクトマネージャーとの密なコニュニケーションを持ち、製品の品質向上に貢献

Requirements

必須スキル

• 現在使用されているサービスのQAプロセスを実行した経験が3年以上
• テスト設計全体の経験、包括的なテストケースの定義や実行した経験が3年以上
• 日本語ベースのサービスに対するQAを1年以上実施した経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力 (特にエンジニアリングの話題において)
• 日本語ネイティブレベルでのテストケース作成、実施能力

 

Preferred Experiences

• 機能テストに加えてSmoke Test, Integration TestやEnd-to-End Testの設計、実施の経験
• テスト自動化の経験と実績
• テスト効率化、テスト自動化のためのプログラミング能力(Shell Script 含む)
• データ管理、データエンジニアリング、データ分析に関する深い知見
