We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who can help us build, expand, and refine our AI-powered solutions for the financial sector. As an early member of our growing engineering team, you will have significant ownership and influence over the product. You'll be tackling challenges across both front-end and back-end development, using modern technologies to create high-quality solutions that address our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the founding team to understand customer needs and define product direction.
Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our generative AI platform.
Lead and contribute to discussions about best practices and technology decisions.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and help improve our overall code quality.

Requirements

Over 3 years of development experience with React, TypeScript, and Python
Japanese: Business Level because our current clients are Japanese enterprise companies, and you need to deeply understand their existing workflow and documents.
Development experience using HTML / CSS / JavaScript
Experience in team development using code reviews
Development experience using CI/CD
Product development experience in a team involving other professions, such as product managers and designers

Nice to haves

Experience in Micro Service Architecture
Experience in utilizing LLM in a product
Experience in using an AI agent for coding
