Front-End Engineer

What will you do?

• Join our development team to enhance our advanced logistics platform. 
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement new features. 
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. 
• Grow your skills through teamwork, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews. 
• Expand your knowledge in digital forwarding and logistics concepts. 

職務内容

• プロダクトマネージャーやデザイナーと協力した新機能の実装 
• スプリントプランニングやデイリースタンドアップなど、アジャイルなプロセスでの開発 
• チームワーク、ブレインストーミング、コードレビューを通じてのスキルの向上 
• デジタルフォワーディングや物流コンセプトへの知見の向上

• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript 
• Good understanding of React (rendering, hooks, routing, state, etc.) 
• Experienced with CSS styling and some familiarity with UI frameworks 
• Good debugging skills using tools like Chrome DevTools 
• Decent architectural understanding, including design patterns. 

Non-technical skills

• Fast learning and being able to adapt to new technologies 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
• Motivation to learn digital forwarding and logistics concepts 
• Good english skills for communication and technical documentation 

必須条件

• JavaScript / TypeScriptを使用した2年以上の実務経験 
• Reactの基本的な理解（フック、ルーティング、状態管理など） 
• CSSスタイリングの経験とUIフレームワークの一部についての理解 
• Chrome DevToolsなどのツールを使用したデバッグスキル 
• デザインパターンを含むアーキテクチャの理解 

• 新しい技術に素早く学び、適応する能力 ・自立して時間管理を行う能力 
• デジタルフォワーディングや物流コンセプトを学ぶ意欲 
• コミュニケーションやドキュメント作成が遂行可能な英語力

• Basic experience with working with REST APIs 
• Ability to set up and configure JavaScript projects 
• Experience writing tests using Jest or similar tools 
• Creating sketches or design mockups for visual concepts 
• Basic conversational skills in Japanese
