Recruitment background

Each SNKRDUNK development team has at least one QA Engineer who works with engineers and product managers to ensure high standards of software quality. SODA’s QA engineers do not only work at the end of the development process, but are involved in development cycles from the beginning to identify defects early. QA engineers are closely involved in scrum events, developing and maintaining automatic tests with tools like MagicPod (app) and Datadog synthetic tests (web) to provide support to product feature development.

As mentioned above, QA has been an integral part of the development process, but with the rapid expansion of our services and the expansion of our development organization, it is becoming difficult to perform high-level QA while carrying out agile development with the limited number of QA engineers we currently have. Therefore, we decided to increase QA engineer team members that can be involved in the entire agile development project from a quality assurance perspective, not just pre-release inspections.

Our development engineers, product managers, and designers are all very conscious of working together to provide value to our users, so we think you'll enjoy working with a team that strengthens quality assurance throughout the entire agile development process.

Position Details

In the future, we would like to form a QA team and perform QA while continuously improving the QA process in order to ensure the quality of SNKRDUNK and optimize the user experience. The following is just an example, and we would be happy to work together with you, starting from proposing and discussing what needs to be done!

Continuous improvement of development processes
Improvement of specification review process
Planning, designing and executing tests during product development as part of the development team
Establishing systems such as setting up a device farm to make testing easier
Working with CS to manage defects related to customer inquiries, and defects that are at high risk of being left unattended
Communicating organization, initiatives, and future vision in the QA field for recruitment activities
Recruiting and onboarding QAE/SET/TE

We are looking for someone who can lead QA, working across the entire value stream and reviewing the roadmap itself, while strengthening the quality assurance perspective for the entire agile development process.
