Objectives

You will be involved in the operation of our small SAR satellite constellation "StriX" series

Facilitate Communication between Ground Segment Team and Satellite Team
When Operational Issues occur, coordinate with G.S Team to recover the situation
Understand capabilities and expected behavior of satellite, in order to make operational plans
Coordinate between satellite design engineers and operators
Review operation plans, make changes if needed

Job requirements

Minimum qualification

MS or equivalent in Engineering
Basic programming skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Communication Skills
Willingness to learn new things
Business level Japanese/English
Can come to Kiyosumi Shirakawa Office (almost every day)

Preferred qualifications

Aerospace Engineering Background/Degree
Experience in small satellite design/operation

Synspective Inc., founded in 2018, develops and operates Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites, providing SAR data and analytics solutions.

Paid Leave
Synspective offers 10 days of paid leave that increase annually up to 20 days, in accordance with paid leave according to Japanese law. The company also observes all Japanese national holidays and provides 6 additional days off for the year-end holidays (from December 29th to January 3rd).
