Your Role:
This Product Management position is specialized in Agentic Engage, aiming to deliver world-class customer engagement solutions and revolutionary AI content generation tools. Contribute to creating innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences with Customer Data Platform.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead the rollout in Japan and APAC, utilizing feedback from sales, customers, and global inputs to define, prioritize, and lead the success of necessary features and roadmaps.
- Strategically introduce cross-channel infrastructure including Mobile engagement (Firebase), LINE, and WhatsApp to expand engagement channels.
- Implement consistent customer experiences across channels using ML/AI technologies for personalization.
- Drive continuous product improvement and business growth through effective product management for Agentic Engage and Customer Data Platform
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering departments across multiple product areas for defining, creating PRDs, testing, maintaining, and evolving new features.
- Provide key expertise in engagement and AI to support Treasure Data's Customer Success, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of new features and updates by applying agile methodologies.
- Create and update product documentation and relevant developer documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience with enterprise martech SaaS product management or product development within customer engagement or marketing automation or customer data platforms.
- Ability to navigate technology and development decisions and trade-offs.
- Experience integrating AI and ML technologies in product development.
- Ability to prioritize development based on business value and customer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex technical issues.
- Analytical thinker who excels in solving complex problems and enhancing customer value and ROI.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English languages to ensure effective communication across global teams.
Physical Requirements:
- Working out of the Tokyo, Japan office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”
- Flexible working styles to accommodate global team collaboration.
Travel Requirements:
- Requires multiple times per year to attend global company events
- Requires flexibilities to visit off-site customer meetings.
