Based on our mission to contribute to society by creating jobs in local communities through our travel business, we have developed and operated our own travel booking website "skyticket", which allows users to search, compare, and purchase everything from low-cost airline tickets to hotels and tours.
The application released in 2015 has surpassed 20 million downloads, and regardless of the travel industry, we have continued to maintain profitability even with the Corona disaster, achieving record profits in June 2023, and expanding our overseas subsidiaries to four countries.
The company is a growth listed company that is now in a phase of transformation, as it is expanding its business globally and internationalizing within the company!

 

Background of Recruitment

skyticket" provides a wide range of travel-related services such as airline tickets, hotels, rental cars, tours, study abroad, etc. New businesses and multiple projects are being developed with an offshore development team. However, there is a lack of human resources to manage the development of these projects, and the company is facing the issue of speeding up the development process. We are in need of a PM who can further accelerate projects that involve people from all over the world and are being carried out in a multinational environment.

 

Job Description

• Project management and leadership of development teams in Japan and overseas
• Negotiate with each department and other companies to achieve optimal specifications.
• Review and documentation of development policies
• Review and quality control of development code

Required Skills

• Project management or team leadership experience
• English communication skills
• Experience in defining requirements and specifications
• Experience negotiating and coordinating with stakeholders
• Experience in software design and development

 

Welcomed skills

• At least 2 years of experience in planning, managing and directing large-scale web services or smartphone applications
• Knowledge and experience in offshore development
