• 「機械学習で物流の未来を創る」：アーキテクチャやデザインの意思決定に積極的にかかわりながら、機械学習の導入を先導する
• API設計と開発：デジタル物流ソリューションの基盤となるクリーンでスケーラブルなAPIの開発
• 拡張性やパフォーマンスを考慮した設計、構築：Rubyアーキテクチャをモダンかつサービス志向なプラットフォームへの移行を主導し、新たなビジネス機会を創出する

Requirements

[What do you need to be successful in this role?]

• You have at least 3 years of experience with Back-End application development in Ruby and Ruby on Rails (or Go/Python/Rust).
• Synthetic mind, you are able to quickly grasp the essence of our business and translate it into a model.
• Strong communication skills to a variety of audiences, from technical to non-technical.
• A valid work authorization (or a degree in a related field for those requiring visa sponsorship).
• Business-level English.

• 業界・顧客の本質を素早く理解し、正しくアーキテクチャ設計ができること

• Communication skills in Japanese are a big plus.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Experience with Front-End technologies (React, etc.) and GraphQL.
• Experience in other programming languages (Go, Rust, Python, etc.).
• Experience in mentoring and nurturing your fellow developers.
• Experience in Open-Source Software (OSS) communities.
• Intellectually curious and eager to take on new challenges.
• Experience working within a fast-paced product company
