• May 2023: Launched "DECA Fine Tuning", a GAI implementation and fine tuning support service that builds a unique corporate environment based on "in-house data x ChatGPT".
• June 2023: Launched "DECA Customer Support," an AI-FAQ / AI chatbot that automates customer response using "in-house data x ChatGPT.

3.OperationDX Division: AI x Business Reform Support 

• Released "Corporate GAI", the fastest corporate platform using ChatGPT in Japan.
• Became a Microsoft Partner
• Developed a dedicated environment using Azure OpenAI Service and ChatGPT consulting service

About OperationDX department

We, the OperationDX division of Givery, Inc, help businesses automate their operations and improve productivity. Originally, we provided services through AI chatbots and AI FAQ services using our proprietary natural language processing and machine learning technologies.

With the introduction of ChatGPT technology, we expect to increase this speed exponentially. Therefore, we have been moving all the content of the services we have been creating to those using ChatGPT, and at the same time, we have launched a new service called "Corporate GAI Powered by GPT-4".

In the future, it will be impossible to work without ChatGPT.
Recognizing this major change, we at Givery have launched a new service called "Corporate GAI".

Corporate GAI" is a service that makes it easy to use ChatGPT within a company. Usually, when using an account issued by OpenAI, data is used for machine learning and information security is a concern, but with Corporate GAI, employees can use ChatGPT in an environment where data is not used for machine learning.

Through OperationDX, our mission is to revitalize Japan, which has begun to lag behind the rest of the world, as a digital superpower.

Duties

• Application Lifecycle Management
• Write clean code and develop functional Web applications
• Manage state-of-the-art technologies to enhance existing applications
• Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Gather and respond to technical and design requirements
• Provide training and support to internal teams
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features
• Adapt to new technologies
• Create effective APIs
• Create clean, functional code for the back end
• Build well-tested software to ensure quality, responsiveness, and efficiency
• Write technical documentation
• Troubleshoot and solve problems

Application Requirements

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a back-end developer using Python
• Deep understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, deployment)
• Familiarity with common data structures
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Python, Go, NodeJS)
• Knowledge of several frameworks (e.g. FastAPI, Django, Flask)
• Knowledge of multiple databases and KVS (e.g. Redis, Spanner, MySQL)
• Familiarity with development tools (e.g. Git, Docker, AWS or GCP)
• Experience with github flow development
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to organize things
• Business level English communication skills

Desirable skills

• Experience using Flask, a Python framework
• Knowledge and experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Experience with GCP (Logging, BigQuery, Looker, etc.)
• Experience with Copilot, Tabnine, etc.
• Experience with AI models and web applications to build online predictive capabilities
