LINEでは数億人を越えるユーザー数を誇るメッセンジャーをはじめ、金融・コンテンツ・AIなど様々な分野のサービスを世界中に提供しています。これらのサービスから日々大量のデータが生まれ、現在では250ペタバイトを越えるデータ量が蓄積されています。このデータはLINEの行動規範である「LINE STYLE」の中の一つにある「Always Data-driven」という観点から全社共有の財産として考えられています。
本ポジションの募集部門であるData Platform室では、この膨大なデータに対してサービスグロースへの活用や効率的に活用するためのプラットフォームの提供、またエンジニアに加えサービスプランニング・マーケティングをも対象としたデータ促進を図ることで、データの民主化や強固な機械学習基盤を実現しようとしています。
■本ポジションについて
本ポジションはData Platform室配下のIU Devチームへのアサインとなります。IU Devチームは、分析者がデータ活用をスムーズにできるようなツールやサービスの開発を担当しています。これらのサービスは主にWebインタフェースを通じて社内のユーザーに提供されます。
■具体的な担当プロダクトについて
・Data catalog： ビジネスメタデータやテクニカルメタデータの検索や管理を行うシステムの開発
・OASIS： SparkやPrestoにアクセスするApache Zeppelinライクなノートブックツールの開発

- 応募資格 / Qualifications
- 【必須の経験・スキル】
・Javaでの開発経験1年以上
・Webアプリケーションの運用・構築経験
【歓迎する経験・スキル】
・コンピュータサイエンスの基礎知識（アルゴリズム、データ構造、データベース、ネットワーク等）
・パフォーマンスや保守性を考慮した設計・開発能力
・Linux/Unix環境での開発・システム運用
・ステークホルダーと連携し、開発を遂行するコミュニケーション能力
・Microservicesアーキテクチャの開発や運用経験
・JVMやGCに関する知識
・Apache Sparkの利用経験・知識
・OSSプロジェクトへのコントリビューション

- 勤務時間 / Working hours
- 専門業務型裁量労働制(1日の労働時間に関わらず1日9.5時間労働したものとみなします。)、10:00～18:30(実働7時間30分)のいずれか適用 ※面接後に決定

・完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年次有給休暇、年末年始休暇、慶弔休暇、リフレッシュ休暇制度(勤続5年で10日間)
■給与
・年俸制(保有されるスキル・経験・能力により優遇、相談の上で決定)
・年俸の12分の1を毎月支給。
・別途、インセンティブプラン有(※1)
・給与改定：年2回
・諸手当：交通費支給（会社規定による）、LINE Pay Card Benefit Plan(※2)
(※1)年俸額の他に、会社・本人の業績、評価に応じ、年2回インセンティブを支給することがあります。
(必ず支給されるものではありません。また、支給日に在籍している場合に限り支給対象となります。)

We’ve introduced a number of initiatives to support our users in Japan and around the world:
- Remote consultations with medical professionals and one-on-one counseling for those suffering from anxiety and stress stemming from COVID-19 (working w/ Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare)

- Moving to conducting recruitment interviews over video chat
- Shifting all contracts to electronic form to allow those who handle contracts to work from the safety of their homes
