Job description

Synspective develops an industry-specific SaaS model service that utilizes satellite data. Combining new geospatial and terrestrial data through data science, we aim to support data-driven decision-making, business growth, and risk management.

_Objectives

As a product manager you will be responsible for drawing a comprehensive product roadmap from different angles, more precisely:

Responsible to lead and develop quality solution products by working with engineers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
Leading and making strategic decisions about your product's future
Research, plan and strategize for one or more of our SaaS products.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

Experience in starting business, services, solutions, or products
Experience in the development of B2B IT solution services or SaaS service
Sales or customer-facing experience
Work with internal stakeholders beyond the team
Business level in English

Preferred qualifications:

Degrees in Mathematics or Science
Conversational level in Japanese

Compensation & Arrangements:

Employment system: Full-time(Nontenured). All members are contract-based employees. The contract is renewed in every 6 months based on Management by objective to assist individual growth and team growth

Synspective Inc., founded in 2018, develops and operates Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites, providing SAR data and analytics solutions.

The company aims to build a constellation of 30 SAR satellites by the late 2020s, enabling the creation of a system capable of observing changes anywhere on Earth.

Paid Leave
Synspective offers 10 days of paid leave that increase annually up to 20 days, in accordance with paid leave according to Japanese law. The company also observes all Japanese national holidays and provides 6 additional days off for the year-end holidays (from December 29th to January 3rd).
