Position Overview
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our team in Tokyo, one of the world's most vibrant and exciting cities. As a Senior Product Designer at Money Forward, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse, multinational team to create experiences that help our customers save time and money so they can focus on more meaningful strategic tasks.
Responsibilities
Essential Experience :
- Product design experience with a strong focus on B2B SaaS products A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, with at least 2 years focused on B2B SaaS products
- Complex enterprise interface design (dashboards, admin panels, data-heavy interfaces)
- User research and analysis experience with the ability to translate insights into design decisions
- Design system development and maintenance experience
- Cross-functional team collaboration in agile environments
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Figma proficiency (prototyping, component systems, collaboration features)
- Understanding of responsive web design and mobile considerations
- Experience with design handoff processes and developer collaboration
- Proficiency in user research methods and data analysis
- Help establish best practices for AI-assisted design workflows
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Adaptability to a fast-changing startup environment
Requirements
Industry Knowledge:
- IT operations, cybersecurity, or enterprise software domain expertise
- Data visualization and analytics interface design experience
- Experience at global SaaS companies during scaling phases
Advanced Capabilities:
- AI-powered design tool usage and workflow optimization
- International/cross-cultural design experience
- Design leadership or mentoring experience
Soft Skills:
- Business-level English communication (written and verbal)Japanese is not a requirement to apply. However, it is a strong plus, and candidates are expected to have a genuine interest in learning Japanese after joining.

Salary Range
Min 6,500,000 - Max 9,500,000 Japanese yen / year (Gross)
Location, Hybrid Work
- As a standard practice, a minimum of 2 days of work from office attendance is mandatory, designated as team office days. Additionally, employees are encouraged to spend 3 or more days in the office.
- The specific "team office days" may vary depending on the assigned team.
- This policy may be subject to change based on the company's needs and work circumstances.
